The growing popularity of Natal Sharks rugby has led to its retail division, known as The Shark Cage, conducting up to 10 000 individual sales of memorabilia and branded items on match day at Durban`s Absa Park.
That`s a lot of retail transactions to process and Natal Sharks (Pty) Ltd, a user of the ACCPAC Advantage Series for Windows accounting software, needed Point-of-Sale (POS) software that would seamlessly integrate to the ACCPAC back office system.
Mark Warriker, KZN regional manager at AccTech Systems, a Premier ACCPAC Solution Provider and business partner of Natal Sharks in the support and servicing of its financial software and IT systems, said a POS solution offering seamless integration to the back office ACCPAC financial modules, was needed.

While it was not a 100 percent fit immediately, isoPOS quickly and efficiently modified the software to work exactly the way we wanted it to. We were very pleased with their input and services and their response exceeded our expectations."
The highly flexible isoPOS solution allows data captured at multiple till points to be integrated into ACCPAC modules so that stock levels and cash transactions can be accurately monitored and recorded in real time, improving controls and streamlining the overall merchandising process for management.
