Young, aspiring drivers can now learn to drive while working at their PC! Thanks to the launch of Learn2Drive/Leer!Ry!, a fully bilingual PC package that is being distributed by Bowline Fulfilment (Pty) Ltd.
Every year, some 100 000 young people go for their learner`s licence. In order to pass this crucial test, they have to know the rules of the road, road signs, markings and defensive driving.
Since young people seem to spend most of their free time behind a computer, KoData Multimedia has developed Learn2Drive!, a learning program that runs on a PC.
This interactive program covers the following topics:
* Defensive driving
* Rules of the road
* Road markings and signs
* "Know Your Car" - which tells participants how a car works and how to maintain it properly, including economic driving habits
Wonderful graphics and effects, such as animations, voices and music, make this program a fun way to learn. During the `testing` phase, all learners passed the test on their very first try.
