When it comes to a warranty for your desktop, what's the best option you can hope for? Probably a 'carry-in' warranty for up to three years.
That is, until now, because Axiz has announced its latest warranty innovation - an onsite option for your Axiz desktop.
Offering next business day onsite support for three years, Axiz's new optional desktop warranty promises to meet demands of all small to medium-sized businesses, SOHOs, consumers and retailers.
Bruce Murphy, Axiz desktop product manager, explains that this type of customer often can't afford to lose the amount of time taken in accessing their carry-in warranty. "When there's a problem with a desktop in the offices of an SME, it usually creates a huge backlog of work and simultaneously wastes time. Someone will have to stop doing the important work they're doing, disconnect the desktop, load it in the car, drive out to the service centre, stand in a queue, and wait for the diagnosis - all before the problem is actually fixed. By creating an onsite warranty, Axiz is removing this element of wasted time from the equation. It's also guaranteeing an expert at your door the next day."
Murphy goes on to say the response from the market has already been overwhelming: "The warranty speaks directly to their desktop requirements. We're helping to make their Axiz desktop experience even better - by offering an optional warranty that matches the high standards set by Axiz."
While Axiz itself will own the warranty, local IT maintenance and support providers Advocate Solutions will be the fulfilment agents - a partnership that Estie Du Preez, branch manager of Advocate Solutions, Gauteng, says the company is very excited about: "By selecting us as its fulfilment agents, Axiz has demonstrated that it trusts us with its desktops. We look forward to growing this partnership even further."
With a failure rate that is extremely low, according to Du Preez, Axiz customers shouldn't expect to have to make use of this warranty - but, in the unexpected case they do, they now have complete peace of mind when it comes to having their own expert on hand - the very next day.
