At an HP channel conference held in Malta last week, Tarsus was bestowed with HP`s award for the best regional partner among distributors for the ISE (International Sales Europe) South region.
The ISE South region incorporates the whole of Africa, the Middle-East, Greece and Turkey.
Guy Whitcroft, Managing Director of Tarsus Technologies, says Tarsus is thrilled with this award. "Our HP business has done extremely well, with growth well above market average in spite of strong competition in the market, and new entrants too."
Thierry Boulanger, commercial and enterprise channel manager at HP SA, says this award is purely performance-based and that approximately 40 other distributors were in the running for this award. "Tarsus, however, came out as the best performer across all of our business units in the ISE South region, for the first half of our 2004 financial year, which runs between November 2003 and April 2004."
