Tarsus group launches HP distribution company

Hewlett-Packard's commitment to the South African market, which was boosted by the corporation's decision to re-establish a subsidiary in the country towards the end of last year, has been followed by the formation of a new distribution company to handle HP's full range of PC and peripheral products. Zygon Distribution (Pty) Ltd, a member of the Tarsus group in the MB Technologies stable, formally opened for business on 1 March as the country's only distributor entirely focused on the Hewlett-Packard brand for the benefit of the reseller channel.
