Standard Bank says it is experiencing slow responses on some of its banking platforms.
"Customers will have noticed that Internet banking and our app banking platform are currently not available. Also impacted is the customers' ability to do transactions at Standard Bank branches," according to a statement.
The bank says clients can still perform transactions at any of its ATMs and point-of-sale devices.
Technicians are attending to the matter and Standard Bank says it will inform its customers when normal service levels are restored.
