TELEform v10.4 released

Cardiff is pleased to announce the release of the latest edition of TELEform, version 10.4.

TELEform automatically reads handprint, machine print, bar codes and signatures and extracts information from any document type, including semi-structured and unstructured documents such as loans, contracts and invoices, using multiple Optical Character Recognition and Optical Mark Recognition engines.

Via a robust suite of identification methods, it automatically sorts scanned documents into “virtual piles” for further processing without any human intervention. Manually keying data from forms and documents into business systems is not only time-consuming, costly and error prone, but the potential for compliance or privacy violations due to operator error is high. * Added a QC option to break incorrect page links, as well as a QC option to manually link pages of multi-page forms Fields in Capture/SKFI Zones with a status of 'review', as well as Fields in Form Mode Correction field list needing review, are now highlighted.
* Added ability to customise the Batch Management and Image Management Dialogues by adding or removing columns as well as changing the order of columns.
* Added VBA event to notify script when field has been updated by FreeForm OCR. Added Job ID and Job Name to VBA batch object.
* Added ability to track classification method for form and expose via VBA.
* Added NotifyEvent entry to the system script.
