TelePassport, SA`s longest established and Proudly South African least-cost routing solution provider, opened its new branch office in the Nelson Mandela Metropole this week.
This is the company`s second expansion this year - TelePassport has offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, and recently expanded its operations into Namibia with the launch of its subsidiary company, TelePassport Namibia.
"As a service-driven company it is important for to us to be able to deliver on our promise of service beyond expectation, which in this instance meant being able to get closer to our many customers in the Eastern Cape," says Port Elizabeth branch manager Clive Cheetham, who has moved from the Johannesburg office to take up the reins at the new office in Newton Park.
"We`re a true African communications company that, with 12 years of providing customers with transparent cost-reducing communication solutions under our belts, can honestly say we understand and have mastered the unique challenges of the industry that we started," says TelePassport managing director Anton Potgieter.
"Through our unequalled level of experience, which has been accumulating from day one of least-cost routing in SA, and driven by a dedicated and highly qualified team of technicians and account managers, as well as our cutting-edge technology, we`ve managed to continuously build and maintain a loyal customer base. Most important to us though, is that we`re providing our customers with measurable financial savings on a monthly basis," says Potgieter.
Asked to share his view on the current deregulating of the telecommunications market, Potgieter says: "No company should be allowed to operate in isolation. We definitely believe in competition and we are more than happy to compete for our share of the market. With this in mind, we know that TelePassport will remain a leader in the industry, and we are confident that our range of solid products and our proven track record of performance gives us an edge. Twelve years in the market really does teach you a lot of valuable lessons and we`re refining our products and our approach continuously to stay ahead of the pack. Clients are also starting to realise that despite all the hype around new technologies available, these simply represent more cost-cutting solutions that need to be sourced and managed - and the established and proven least-cost routing specialist holds the key to this."
TelePassport focuses on transparently producing and maximising all possible savings on corporate telecommunications systems, centred around PABX call spend. Cellphones being one of the most valuable communication and business tools today, one of the easiest ways of saving money is by properly routing cellphone calls without any interference in the day-to-day running of a business. Other cost saving business tools include national and international routing, SMS solutions and call cost management.
