This year`s event incorporates World Usability Day on 3 November and will focus on early intervention in software quality for business executives as well as software designers, developers and testers, the company says.
"Corporate executives and managers can gain vital information for steering key areas in their IT departments and experienced testers can add to their practical testing skills or become more familiar with issues in the requirements, usability and design arenas," says Mark Feldman, Test and Data Services CEO.
Several new courses are to be introduced this year, according to Feldman, focusing on career paths for testing staff, use of mobile devices and IT governance frameworks.
Two workshops in an IT project team format are also being added this year on test process benchmarking and inspection.
