Total Facilities Management Company (TFMC) has contracted Fourier e Pty Ltd to provide information services for its SAP system.
TFMC has been operating a suite of information systems based on a best of breed strategy and has migrated successfully to a full-scale SAP ERP solution.
Fourier e is to provide technical and functional support for this operation, with emphasis on business intelligence, application and infrastructure support, until 2010.
According to TFMC's IT Director, Rob Redaelli, providing a total integrated facility management service for customers, ensuring value for the customer's money, is a number one priority for TFMC. With this in mind, service level agreements were established with Fourier e. In this light, rigorous negotiation and quality service level agreements was established with Fourier e. This is the commitment of TFMC to save costs for its customers and at the same time deliver superior services.
TFMC is an award-winning world-class organisation, widely recognised as the principal stimulus in the development of the facilities management industry in South Africa. It has a range of capabilities and unique business differentiators which enable it to integrate its services and provide a dynamic interaction that delivers tangible, sustainable benefits to its customers.
It provides total, integrated facilities management including property management, professional engineering services and capital projects, facilities services, maintenance and engineering services. The company currently provides total integrated FM services for approximately 6 500 buildings, with a total building area of plus/minus 2 500 000 m2, situated on plus/minus 3 300 sites.
TFMC aims to be at the forefront of global best practice in integrated facilities management, and continuously scrutinises how it operates and how it can improve its strategic management, service delivery IT and systems. The contract with Fourier e will assist the FM leader in achieving that aim.
Fourier e is a BEE enterprise arising from The Fourier Approach stable as a BEE initiative. Fourier Approach has provided information services to TFMC since 2000, and to the marketplace since 1998.
