Fans of colour laser printer solutions should consider the Samsung CLP-510, available through Sahara Computers. The product is competitively priced and designed for maximum output and quality end results.
The CLP-510 is powered by Samsung's SPGPm processor with standard 64MB of RAM (which is expandable to 192MB) which enables it to deliver at a rate of six pages per minute (ppm) in colour and 24ppm in black. The USB 2.0 interface eliminates bottlenecks.
Another one of its key features is the built-in duplexing function, explains Gary Naidoo, deputy MD of Sahara.
"Standard duplex printing means that both sides of a sheet of paper is used, which reduces paper usage and this represents a significant cost saving," comments Naidoo.
The printer delivers high-quality images and printouts. It produces at a resolution of 1 200 x 1 200dpi, even on special media including envelopes and labels.
"Built-in NO-NOISTM technology from Samsung ensures that the device produces at an ultra-low noise level of just 49dBA during colour printing. The fact that the user can select paper capacity depending on requirements makes this printer a very attractive investment. You can begin with standard 350-sheet paper input capacity and expand the capacity to 850 with an optional 500-sheet tray," adds Naidoo.
Samsung has focused on connectivity with this solution and users can also take advantage of optional dual wired/wireless networking printing.
"This is a powerful printing solution, ideal for business use within any office environment. It will secure a return on investment for business by helping to increase levels of productivity and reduce the total cost of ownership thanks to innovative cost saving functionality," says Naidoo.
