IA Systems, the leader in electronic document management and collaboration solutions, announced today that it has signed an agreement with CIC as CIC`s master reseller in SA.
Under the agreement, IA Systems is authorised to incorporate all of CIC`s Electronic Signature products into IA Systems` offerings and to provide sales, distribution and support services to all its government and corporate accounts. IA Systems will also provide these services to other systems integrators within the region that service similar opportunities.
Indicative of the significance of these two companies` collaboration is the recent award of a key government IT procurement initiative to IA Systems to deliver its document management solution integrated with CIC`s Sign-it to the Office of the President.
"The CIC, IA Systems collaboration provides us with a powerful new solution that when combined with our workflow and document management technologies creates an unrivalled functionally-rich system," says Daniel Hall, CEO of IA Systems.
