MCI Consultants, the southern African distributor of Bond International Software plc, today announced that the latter had won a six-figure deal to deploy its market leading Adapt recruitment software throughout the UK branch network of Randstad, a global recruitment leader.
Randstad will use Adapt`s sophisticated features to further improve the provision of temporary and permanent employees through its network of over 100 branches and in-house locations across the UK.
"The Randstad deal is one of our largest ever," commented Steve Russell, Group Chief Executive of Bond. "We are thrilled to add such a prestigious name to our already enviable list of blue chip clients. The initial deployment will be in the UK and we are excited about the potential future opportunities within the Randstad group and are determined to ensure the partnership is a great success."
"The sheer scale of the implementation will be an exciting challenge, but we have a proven track record of successfully deploying systems with hundreds of users across the UK and Europe so we feel confident that Randstad will see a rapid return on their investment."
The Randstad group is one of the world`s largest and most experienced specialist employment businesses. Operating through some 1 600 branches and 500 in-house locations at customer sites in Europe and North America, the group employs an average of around 200 000 people everyday. Randstad UK was recently ranked in the Sunday Times `100 Best Companies To Work For` List in 2005.
With a reputation as a pioneer of innovative solutions and enduring relationships with clients and candidates, Randstad recognised the need for a flexible customer relationship management system to meet their needs now and in the future.
"We are constantly looking at ways to improve the services we offer to both candidates and clients," added Patrick Green, Director of Business Services at Randstad. "We pride ourselves on driving the recruitment sector forward by over-reaching the expectations of all our stakeholders. We needed a system that could be tailored to exactly match our current and future business processes, and one that could comfortably cope with the large number of users and transactions typical of a business our size."
"We also wanted a partner that understood our needs, and had proven experience of large scale roll-outs. Ultimately, Bond was the most experienced provider to meet all of our requirements and has the reputation and credentials we expected."
