Thermaltake Eureka will supercharge your home theatre system

Johannesburg, 15 Aug 2006

Thermaltake Technology`s newly released home theatre-style Eureka chassis is packed with a number of upgradeability features that future-proof users` investment.

Not only does the chassis support the basic Micro ATX, ATX, it also allows Extended ATX motherboards to be installed into the system. Extended ATX motherboards are usually preferred by the server-side users for dual-CPU usage and faster and more stable performance.

Available through official distributor Corex, the Eureka is modelled after a home theatre speaker. With the simplistic metal, aluminium-based finish, the chassis blends seamlessly with today`s home theatre environments.

Looking at expandability, the Eureka supports five external 5.25-inch, two external 3.5-inch, and five internal 3.5-inch drive bays for a total of 12 drive bays. Therefore, for a home server system that stores massive amounts of data, the Eureka is the perfect choice.

"The Thermaltake Eureka is a great high end case. When using it you notice so many little things which are done right and you realise that Thermaltake has really thought this up well. With all its cooling and good figures, who can say no to such a beautiful case?" says David Dos Santos, product manager at Corex.

Furthermore, the chassis features an advanced thermal management system that caters particularly for long-running home server environments. The Eureka includes a front 120mm fan for intake and a 120mm fan in the rear for exhaust, among others.

Other features include:

* Bracket for extended PCI cards.
* Removable motherboard tray.
