Knowledge industry consultants TechnoScene are hosting a think tank series aimed at helping local ICT companies to do business on the African continent. The series, under the title "Business Landscapes", will explore current and future trends and aim to provide strategic scenarios that would affect the bottom line and core business of companies.
"Business Landscapes", be held in Centurion on 19 March, will be addressed by Andile Ngcaba, Director General, Department of Communications, Dr Alan Hirsch of the, Department of Trade and Industry and Richard Cornwall from the Institute for Security Studies, among others.
Dr Anthon Botha of TechnoScene, says: "Questions that will be debated will include how business will benefit from policy frameworks supporting ICT diffusion, how public-private partnerships work in Africa, future infrastructural developments in Africa and the e-commerce and e-government trends in Africa."
