Tiscali announces Strategic Channel Partnership Programme

With a strong direct sales team targeting mid-tier corporates already in place, Tiscali has identified a need to establish a dealer programme aimed at the SME and mid-tier market.

The dedicated Strategic Channel Partnership Programme (SCPP) division will be headed by Anton Nel, Strategic Partnerships Manager, and will be responsible for appointing new dealers.

According to Nel, the programme has been designed to ensure all resellers have access to the best available business processes, and the SCPP encompasses every aspect of Tiscali`s ISP offering.

Says Nel: "A recent survey highlighted the primary criteria required by our resellers, and included quality of service, exceptional customer care standards and expert advice.

"We have dedicated the past three months towards meeting these objectives, and have re-engineered systems, processes and communication strategies to ensure Tiscali can consistently deliver, and add tangible value to our dealers and their customers."
