Smart! functions as the gateway to enterprise information systems. By automatically capturing, recognising and routing all incoming information, regardless of format or origin, Smart! provides a complete solution for managing the entire information process.

Smart! technology is based on the award-winning eFLOW Unified Content Platform, and adds new and advanced capabilities to the comprehensive platform. It offers a single point of entry for any kind of information entering the organisation. Whether originating from paper mail, fax, e-mail, or any other source, Smart! automatically recognises the image, understands it, and accordingly defines its destination within the organisation.

Smart! Provides tracking capabilities, while the digitised image of the document is routed for further processing.

Smart! consists of sophisticated artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, and uses the core knowledge developed by Top Image Systems over the years through successful implementation of high-volume and complex data capture projects worldwide. The classification is done automatically according to the textual information extracted from the document. Smart! can handle any kind of incoming information, both handwritten and printed information.
