Internet Solutions (IS) launched its revitalised channel partner programme with the inaugural IS Channel Partner Awards evening. Top-performing IS partners were recognised at a gala event held on 22 November 2012, in Johannesburg, with Vox Telecom receiving the prestigious wholesaler of the year award.
Channel partners, says Herman Jansen van Rensburg, channel manager at IS, are recognised for outstanding performances on both regional and national levels, as well as for excellence in the implementation and management of the IS products and services sold in the communication, cloud, connectivity and carrier business units.

"These awards stand as testament to our partners' skills and knowledge of the ICT marketplace and their clients' requirements," says Jansen van Rensburg.
The IS Channel Partner Awards will be an annual event as IS recognises not only its partners' contribution to the IS business, but also the value they bring to their clients, says Jansen van Rensburg. "IS has revamped its channel partner programme, and these awards are pivotal. Through this programme, IS will drive business growth and boost market penetration in key verticals, especially the burgeoning South African SME market," he says.
