Toshiba appoints Gavin Rossouw as Hard Drive Sales Manager

Appointment sees refreshed emphasis on hard drives and other accessories.

Toshiba Gulf FZE has appointed Gavin Rossouw as Hard Drive Sales Manager, charging him with the mandate of driving sales of Toshiba's hard drives, SD cards and memory sticks in South Africa, southern Africa and West Africa.

"Toshiba's hard drives are exciting, good-looking products that offer myriad features that set them apart in the market," says Rossouw. "They are also a wonderful way to introduce new users to the Toshiba brand, as they offer a cost-effective, high-performance, visually appealing solution that is sure to encourage consumers to embrace our notebooks and other products."

Rossouw joins Toshiba from Pinnacle, where he specialised in enterprise storage solutions, receiving international accolades for his work in gaining local market share for the company's leading enterprise servers.
