Exsol, a leading supplier of document management and imaging systems, has won the exclusive distribution rights for Tower Technology in the rapidly expanding South African document management market.
The announcement of this agreement between the two companies covers not just sales and marketing support for Tower`s flagship product - Tower IDM - but also front line technical support for Tower and its other South African partners.

Exsol, the knowledge management division of JSE listed EC-Hold, is already expanding its existing support services, growing staff numbers by 25%. In addition, it is appointing a new dedicated management team which has extensive knowledge of the South African document management market.

Exsol will be reselling and supporting Tower IDM, a document management solution that provides one familiar user interface and one unified object repository for full-function production imaging, case management (workflow automation), enterprise report management (COLD/ERM) and document management in both client/server and Web environments.
Its unique high-volume, production-quality colour imaging provides images that are easier to read without massive storage requirements and is a favourite feature for many of Tower Technology`s customers.
Tower IDM`s seamless integration with the standard Microsoft environment, provides users with a desktop interface and filing structure that is already part of the corporate infrastructure, thus enabling knowledge workers to quickly and easily utilise the system.
