Transcend Information and Rectron have introduced the company`s new "lifestyle-enhancing" JetFlash Digital Still Camera (DSC) with USB flash drive which fits easily into users` pockets (weighing 26g) and allows for pictures to be taken anywhere.
With 640x480 pixel resolution, photos can be e-mailed and shared easily, plus users won`t have to worry about finding the USB cable or card reader to download images. Simply plug-in the JetFlash DSC into an available USB port and start downloading.
Allowing for extended usability, the integrated lithium battery is also recharged via the USB port.
The new JetFlash-DSC is bundled with Photo Explorer 8.0, simplifying the editing and arrangement of photos.
"This lightweight yet functionality-rich DSC is ideal for users that are always on the move and need easily portable technology that is still packed with all the features they need," comments Reon Coetzee, marketing manager of Rectron.
The JetFlash-DSC is compliant with Win 98SE/Me/2000/XP, Mac OS 9.0 (or above), Linux Kernel 2.4 (or above) and offers a two-year warranty.
