Specialist software development company, TranXactive has completed a round of acquisitions, positioning it to become a major player in Microsoft.NET, Mobile and Speech technologies.
The acquisitions bring together eight companies and consultancies in the fields of software development, design and multimedia. These acquisitions have formed the nucleus of TranXactive and have been in process for the past year.
According to TranXactive CEO, Alastair Koevort: " We have done a thorough job in ensuring that we build TranXactive into a sustainable and solid business.
