Global leader in cloud security and threat management solutions, Trend Micro has showcased its commitment to growing its business in the southern African region, with a move into new offices located in Bryanston, Johannesburg, as well as growth into the coastal regions and added staff complement.
According to Darryn O'Brien, country manager at Trend Micro Southern Africa, the company remains committed to the region and the new offices provide a key component of this commitment. It is also a mark of a growing team, all of whom will better serve local customers.
"The offices are sleek and professional, providing an ideal environment in which existing partners can meet, and new partnerships can be formed. We have added significant headcount to Trend Micro South Africa, including an expansion into the coastal region. These offices will be the headquarters for many of our new staffers," says Darryn O'Brien, country manager at Trend Micro Southern Africa.
"This office move signifies our growth and desire to continue to grow. We are committed to expanding brand awareness as well as education around cyber security in southern Africa, a region that is fast becoming more of a target for cyber criminals."
The offices are made up of a stylish reception area, kitchen, a modern and spacious office area to accommodate growth, as well as several new meeting rooms. Touches of modern technology can be seen around the offices to provide customers, partners and its channel an environment to share ideas as well as better engage around new Trend Micro technologies and solutions.
