Internet content security incorporates both active content such as viruses, Trojans, worms, and malicious ActiveX and Java applets, and passive content consisting of offensive or inappropriate emails, spam and excessive use of network bandwidth. Trend Micro develops products designed to fight both active and passive content threats.
