Final word

It seems the re-drafting of the Convergence Bill has been completed and has addressed most of the major criticisms that had been raised with the original draft. Let`s hope that this is so and that the final version can be approved timeously. It is urgently needed, as is the related draft ICASA Amendment Bill and, of course, so is the ICT BEE charter, which has still not seen the light of day.
