Lotus Business Partner, Unihold Business Solutions, has been awarded Premier Business Partner status by Lotus Development SA.
Unihold is now one of five Business Partners in this country that have been awarded this status.
According to Craig Hockley, sales manager at Lotus Development SA, Unihold has positioned itself well in order to deliver solutions in a number of software related areas, such as Knowledge Management (KM). "Unihold itself has a large Lotus solutions focus particularly in the sales, services and consulting arenas," he says.
Acknowledging the company`s expertise in this field, Lotus invited Unihold to participate in the Lotus Gold KM Seminar held last month where Dick King, senior KM consultant at Unihold, discussed at length his company`s involvement and philosophy as regards this methodology and the technologies that support it. According to Hockley, Unihold excels in a number of other technology solutions areas where Lotus software also plays a role. These include CRM, Unified messaging and e-business. "Unihold is actively engaged in application development on Domino, the Web, document management and unified messaging," he concludes.
