Unihold sets the scene at Call Centre Africa

Call Centre solutions specialist, Unihold Systems and Technologies (US&T), together with VoiceMatix, will be exhibiting at this year`s Call Centre Africa which takes place at the MTN Sundome from 6 to 8 July.

US&T will be showcasing Applix Enterprise, an integrated customer relationship management application, and CC Pro, an ATM-based call centre solution from VoiceMatix.

"Ask any IT call centre manager what they will be working on this year, and chances are they will be devising an Internet-enabled strategy to stay ahead of the competition in today`s cutthroat service industry," says Dave Brooke, general manager of customer interaction solutions CIS at Unihold Systems and Technologies.

According to Brooke, a call centre provides the means for meaningful customer interaction, acting as a collective interface by providing a single point of contact, rather than a single point of failure.

"Our solutions enable them to streamline external and internal communications, and be competitive on completion of implementation. Virtual call centre applications not only increase the level of internal company service and operating efficiencies to customers, but also cuts down on administrative and overhead costs," adds Brooke.
