Unisys has announced that Barry Holt, currently MD of Unisys Africa (Pty) Ltd, has decided to leave the company at the end of October to pursue other interests.
Unisys appreciates Holt`s commitment and service to the company, including his contribution to the company`s first black empowerment transaction.
Details about the succession plan will be announced in due course.
