US-based Shavlik Technologies, which acquired UpdateEXPERT (UE) from St Bernard Software in January this year, reported that feedback from UE customers indicates strong satisfaction with Shavlik's management of the acquisition and services transition.
Shavlik has been committed to open communications with UpdateEXPERT customers, to determine how best to support and deliver the solutions their environments require.
