Upside Software, a provider of enterprise contract management software, and DocuSign, the Web-based electronic signature service, will host a joint webinar to be held on 30 April, reports The Earth Times.

This webinar will feature Tim Cummins, CEO of IACCM, Ken Moyle, general counsel and VP for DocuSign, and Ashif Mawji, CEO, Upside Software.

ManTech plans to implement Selectica Contract Performance Management, states CNNMoney.com.

ManTech's selection process included preparation of a detailed requirements document specifying 107 requirements in 11 functional areas and solution demonstrations that addressed contract management scenarios.

Selectica provides software solutions for sales configuration and contract lifecycle management.

In an effort to ensure transparency in development works, Karnataka implemented an end-to-end electronic procurement platform as part of its e-governance initiative in association with HP India, says Business Standard.

With this, processes like publishing of tenders, bidding for projects, empanelment of suppliers and contractors, contract management and other procedures will go online.

It can be used by all agencies in the state as a shared infrastructure. Governor Rameshwar Thakur, who launched the system, contended that it will be the first of its kind for government agencies in the country.
