USKO Software`s System Solutions division has again set the standard in its field, this time by becoming the first company in the Middle East and Africa region to be upgraded from a standard Seagate Team Exec member to an Enterprise Team Exec member.
The Seagate Team Exec programme is a global channel-wide reseller programme focused on teamwork and profitability for its participants, and provides the tools needed to help increase partner market share and improve their bottom line.
Announcing the upgrade Christo Canidaris, sales manager for Middle East and Africa at Seagate Software, says USKO`s attainment of Enterprise Team Exec Status is in recognition of the consistent standards of excellence the company the company achieves.
"USKO`s commitment to Seagate`s full range of products, which has produced a significant increase in revenue for the company, was the primary reason behind the decision to change USKO`s status.
"Moreover, its ability to access high profile clients, including South African Airways and a major financial institution, has seen our software make inroads in these strategically important environments; while its professionalism, in managing the implementation phase of these installations was very much in line with our selection criteria for Enterprise Team Exec status," explains Canidaris. Responding to the achievement, Graeme Allcock, sales manager at USKO System Solutions says the upgrade brings substantial benefits to USKO, particularly with regard to free certification training, special product discounts, and pre-release product information.
"We also gain access to the Private Partner Web Site that, in turn, allows us to make use of, among others, advanced new product information, sales tools, technical and product bulletins, press releases and reviews, and sales and support contacts," he says.
Allcock adds that these and other Enterprise Team Exec member benefits - such as the right to sell the round-the-clock support provided by Premiere Support 2000, and the ability to access Seagate`s marketing development fund - will be passed on to the maximum benefit of USKO Software`s clients.
