In a move that enables them to drive and control the quality, price and deliverables of this important function, velocity Managed Infrastructure Services has acquired its own cabling team.
Since fully incorporating the services into the offering, the customer response and uptake has been phenomenal, with the team being active on a number of customer sites already.
“Over the last 18 months, we have had a significant increase in our unified communications and IP PBX business. This, coupled with our strides gained in becoming relevant to our customers in the data centre environment, has meant this is a logical service to bring in-house,” says Jonathan Kropf - Group Managing Director, velocity group.
