Venture Computer, the sole distributor in Sub-Saharan Africa for Lexmark International, today announced that it had appointed Coladele Investments (Pvt.) Ltd., via its subsidiary Datronics Distribution (Pvt) Ltd., as the sole Lexmark sub-distributor for Zimbabwe. Datatronics is an autonomous unit within the group responsible for the distribution of a wide range of products, through a nation-wide channel of approximately 100 dealers.
"This initiative is vital for Lexmark`s continued success in the African sub-continent, and will significantly strengthen their presence and support for this part of the world", said Richard Fearon, the sales and marketing director for Venture Computer. "Our customer base as a whole will benefit from this enhanced activity and the additional skills and resources which will inevitably be established".
