As from 1 June 2011, Vintonet Communications has hung a shingle at the Fancourt Office Park in Northriding, Randburg (just on the corners of Malibongwe Drive and Northumberland Ave).
The move was enabled by the exponential year-on-year growth in company resources and client base, and the newly announced signed extended partnerships with Alcatel-Lucent, which incorporates the OmniPCX enterprise and data portfolios, and DataNet, the master distributor of Alcatel-Lucent in South Africa.
This enterprise partnership added the impetus to the relocation needs of Vintonet Communications.
Its new premises puts a roof over its call centre, technical operations hub, a secure storage area, and its financial and administration business units - an all-in-one business operation that enhances its existing turnkey and client support offerings.
“Having the floor space to deploy a dedicated support infrastructure,” replied Johan Nel, owner of Vintonet Communications, “was a major incentive to us moving to these illustrious offices.”
This relocation has empowered Vintonet Communications to change its focus from that of a reactive enterprise to that of a proactive service provider.
During one of the many conversations with visiting clients, Nel was overheard saying: “The decision to relocate was clinched by the availability of a free-and-secure parking area to visiting clients and partners.”
