Vodacom has released a range of bundled packages, called Business X-Press, for small and medium enterprise (SME) customers, which it says will reduce SMEs' telecom infrastructure start-up costs.
Vodacom says the bundled packages remove the major cost barriers of installation and hardware leasing fees, as it is included in the monthly subscription fee.
Wally Beelders, chief officer of Vodacom Business Africa, says the Business X-Press packages also include fixed, wireless and mobile connectivity through ADSL, WiMax or 3G, voice calling plans over Internet Protocol, e-mail solutions, Web site-hosting facilities, and WiFi hotspot facilities at any of the 750 WirelessG hotspots nationwide.
According to Vodacom, SME customers can also add data contracts and 3G-enabled devices, mobilisation applications for corporates as well as top up options for bandwidth and extra e-mail accounts to the bundles.
