Vodacom Service Provider Company, SA`s largest cellular telephone company, has signed a RiskMentor contract with PIC Solutions, to provide ongoing credit and risk management consulting support for the next year.
Through this ongoing RiskMentor consulting contract, Vodacom has committed to a level of consulting hours, which can then be used for consulting support when it is most needed over the next 12 months.
The initial focus will be on a validation of Vodacom`s existing application scorecards with recommendations for next steps. Over the course of the year, Vodacom can choose when the PIC specialist consulting resources are to be used and for what projects. The RiskMentor consulting contract ensures that resources can be used from any area of PIC expertise, including credit risk management consulting, analytics and scorecard development, project management and software services. This ensures maximum productivity, combined with fixed monthly budgeting.
