Vodacom has introduced two new offers that will give customers extra free minutes.
For prepaid customers, the R29 recharge promotion provides customers who recharge with R29 or more with up to one hour free talk time - to be used on the day they recharge.
“Night Shift” also allows prepaid customers to talk for free for 60 minutes between midnight and 5am for one week. The prepaid customer promotion is valid until 30 September. Customers can SMS AM to 31050 to see how many 'Free More Weekend Minutes' they have.
The offers follow the launch of the cellular provider's new data tariffs which came into effect at the beginning of the month. The new tariffs lowered the in-bundle price of contract customers up to 43% and added “Night Owl” bandwidth to all data contracts.
