Vox Telecom has issued another announcement indicating it is in talks that may affect its share price.

Last month, Vox said it was in discussions that, “if successfully concluded” could have a material impact on its share price. Yesterday, it said discussions were still “in progress”. It advised shareholders to continue trading its stock cautiously.
Vox Telecom is an alternative, independent telecom operator, providing voice and data services to the Southern African market. The group competes through its primary brands Vox Telecom, Vox Datapro, @lantic, Vox Exchange, Vox Orion and Vox Telepreneur.
It has offices in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, as well as in Windhoek, Namibia.
Vox Telecom is a listed company trading on the JSE's Alternative Exchange (AltX).
