Voyant debuts free self-service

Voyant has unveiled Voyant @Home, the first do-it-yourself financial planning solution that puts consumers in direct control of their financial health, says Sun herald.

Voyant was one of only 77 companies selected from hundreds of applications to debut at Demo 08, the premier launch venue for new products, technologies and companies.

Voyant @Home helps people understand the big-picture impact of life-changing events and their long-term financial implications, from the birth of a child to the early retirement of a spouse.

Pathworks releases Helpstream

Pathworks Software Corporation today unveiled Helpstream, the company's flagship on-demand collaborative customer service solution, at the Demo 08 conference, reports Earth Times.

Taking Web-enabled customer service to the next level, Helpstream tightly integrates all the essential elements of effective customer service, including case management, knowledge management, and community collaboration, into one highly collaborative, easy-to-use, cost-effective solution.

The community collaboration feature makes Helpstream the first solution to incorporate "wisdom of crowds" capabilities into a comprehensive customer service solution.

AdStar continues deployment

AdStar, a provider of e-commerce transaction software and services for the advertising and publishing industries, has completed installations of its Web-based Ad Sales solution at The Star-Ledger, Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News and St Louis Post-Dispatch, says CNN Money.

AdStar's technology automates the ad development and placement process, thereby allowing advertisers to create print and online advertisements specifically for vertical classified ad markets, including merchandise, automotive, recruitment and real estate.

AdStar's technology now powers the online auto, real estate and recruitment classified advertising channels at Philly.com. The recruitment ad channel is also integrated with Monster.com, Philly.com's for job postings.
