VPNcon 2000, aimed specifically at the VPN industry, will run from 28 February to 2 March, in San Jose, California. The conference will cover network design, security standards and business issues.
The programme features 30 sessions, three keynote addresses, two receptions, six tutorials and two shootouts, all specifically addressing VPN applications and issues.
The three primary tracks for the conference programme are network design, support and administration; security and standards; and business issues. Much of the conference is geared toward end-users, with other sessions designed with service and equipment providers in mind.
Keynote speakers include Microsoft`s GM Windows 2000 Networking Jawad Khaki; Lucent MD Brian Schultz and Nortel Networks director IP services, VPN solutions, Robert Dittburner.
