Cyborg Systems Africa, a leading provider of integrated workforce management solutions and a member of the global Cyborg Systems group, have announced the South African launch of eCyborg.
eCyborg is a Web-based version of the company`s popular Human Capital Management (HCM) software, utilising the latest in XML and SOAP technology, allowing easy collaboration with other Web-based services, such as content management, job boards and employment verification.

eCyborg combines strong Human Resource Management System (HRMS) functionality, self-service applications and Web analytics. Workflow tools allow HR to streamline business processes, resulting in significant time savings and reduction of the administrative workload.
As a Web-based application, eCyborg need only be installed once, and is then available throughout the organisation.
