WebNMS, a leading provider of scalable software platforms for multi-vendor network management and IOT solutions, today announced a partnership with Standout Business Solutions, the M2M and data management division of Synergy Systems Limited, to deliver scalable IOT/M2M applications to enterprises in West Africa.
