This is the highest level that can be achieved in the programme and demonstrates excellence in customer centricity whilst providing exceptional value-added services around the Avaya solutions portfolio.

The new level recognises the practice's commitment to service excellence within the Avaya Edge Distributor Programme Track. To achieve Diamond status the company must meet strident requirements for customer satisfaction and demonstrate a proven track record in working with its channel partners to deliver complex projects across the entire Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
