Motorola Solutions' customers from within the Westcon stable can now comfortably introduce Psion mobile computing solutions into their business proposals.
Following the acquisition of Psion by Motorola Solutions in 2013, Westcon Group has been nominated distributor of the Psion portfolio of products, which now falls under the Motorola IMC (Industrial Mobile Computing) portfolio. This is a perfect addition to the Motorola Solutions product portfolio and gives customers access to an enhanced range of mobile computing solutions, with a proven track record, a global support network and the ability to service expanded industrial markets.

The Motorola brand forms a critical component of the Westcon Mobility Solutions product line-up locally and is supported by the distributor's expansive support network. Westcon also affords reseller partners access to a series of value-added offerings geared to assist them in including the products to their own service offerings. These services include backup stock, vendor attached services, virtual warehousing, training (where appropriate), as well as prepping and staging of equipment before delivery.
