Oc'e`s new customer support team steps up to the plate

Oc'e South Africa has announced the appointment of a customer support team comprising individuals who, between them, boast an impressive 33 years` experience in the printing industry.

The marketing general manager for Oc'e South Africa, Peter Enslin, says the appointment of the team is aimed at maximising Oc'e`s customer service by giving customers access to a team of highly skilled experts in their particular field of operation.

Willie Viljoen is the manager for Digital Document Systems and Wide Format Printing Systems. In the DDS sector, Oc'e focuses on print markets that require high volumes and speeds and specialises in offering black and white and colour printing for applications in professional, commercial, printroom and transaction printing environments. The WFPS category focuses on scanning, printing, copying, archiving and managing wide-format documents in black and white and colour to customers in market sectors such as architectural, engineering, construction, etc.

Wojciech Skrzeszewski is the manager for Display Graphics, which focuses on scanning, processing and printing of wide-format display graphics images in colour. The emphasis is on high quality, short runs and print speed for indoor and outdoor applications.

The manager for Software is Jaco Smit. Oc'e prides itself on offering tailor-made software solutions across a full range of printing environments that make the work flow faster and more efficiently.

Additional to these three product specialists, Keith Dix Peek is the managing director of Oc'e South Africa, Sean Daniels is the national sales manager, Cheryleen Nel is the financial manager, Gary Hall is the national after sales manager and Ian Hoare is the operations manager for software.

For the past two years Oc'e South Africa has been a member of the Bidvest Group following Minolco`s acquisition of Oc'e Printing Systems in July 2003.
