Woolworths Financial Services selects PIC Solutions' specialised collections training

PIC Solutions has been selected by Woolworths Financial Services to deliver an intensive programme of collections training sessions to improve its overall collections results.

PIC Solutions launched The Credit Academy in 2002 and this specialist training programme includes a series of credit risk management seminars, ranging from one to three days.

The seminars can be delivered at the PIC Solutions training facilities in South Africa, or clients can elect to have the training delivered onsite.

This flexible onsite training solution has proven to be popular with organisations all over the world, including Bahrain, Germany, Hungary, Kenya, Kuwait, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Woolworths Financial Services has selected a customised solution for training its personnel, which will be delivered at its premises. During this programme, experienced presenters from PIC Solutions will focus on key topics to ensure Woolworths' personnel gain insight into collections telephone techniques best practices.

Key topics include:

* Collection skills and techniques
* Types of communication behaviour
* Negotiation skills
* Conversation structure

The training is highly interactive and focuses on the delegates integrating the best practice techniques into their work through a series of exercises and role plays. This approach ensures the attendees are able to return to their work environment with a full understanding of the material covered.
