World's fastest duplex printer

The Oc'e VarioPrint 6250 is the best digital duplex printer in the world, according to the European Digital Press Association (EDP).

Oc'e's black and white printing system has received the European Digital Press award 2007.

The organisation praised Oc'e-developed Gemini technology and the system's high productivity, print quality, easy handling and smooth paper input. Like the other systems in the Oc'e VarioPrint 6000 series, the VarioPrint 6250 offers many advantages over other printing systems.

The Oc'e VarioPrint 6250 prints A3 oversized sheets 25% faster than any other system available, making it the world's fastest printer for this paper size.

This digital printer is also the best you can get when it comes to accuracy. Prints made by the Oc'e VarioPrint 6250 are perfectly aligned front-to-back on a sheet. Lines, characters and graphics on both sides of the print are in exactly the same place.

This is achieved through Oc'e Gemini technology, which prints on both sides of the paper simultaneously. Other systems need two runs to print front and back.

According to the EDP, the Oc'e VarioPrint 6250 has further benefits.

The paper trays hold 13 800 sheets, up to 320x488mm in size, the biggest capacity in its class. An additional roll feeder can be attached extending the capacity even further.

The system prints on almost any type of paper. Machine-coated, structured, tabs, all kinds of book paper and regular paper from 50g/m2 up to 300g/m2 are no problem.

The Oc'e VarioPrint 6250 is specially designed for corporate print rooms and commercial printers like marketing services companies, book printers and reprographics companies.

Because of its accuracy, the Oc'e VarioPrint 6250 is ideal for printing books and technical documentation. Large in-house print-rooms at companies or government institutes can also benefit from the Oc'e VarioPrint 6000 series.
