[x+1] has announced the integration of the Origin Digital Marketing Hub with Oracle's RightNow CX Cloud Service.
Through this partnership, RightNow CX users will be able to take full advantage of [x+1]'s Origin Digital Marketing Hub. [x+1], a provider of digital marketing and data management software, has also attained Gold Partner status in the Oracle Partner Network (OPN). This is based on its ability to deeply integrate with Oracle's RightNow CX Cloud Service.
"[x+1]'s Origin Digital Marketing Hub integrates with Oracle's RightNow CX Cloud Service to provide consistent and relevant customer engagement across all channels," says David Vap, group VP at Oracle. Vap adds that, through the integration, a measurable increase in relevance of message as well as an increase in business performance and the level of service can be expected by RightNow CX customers.
At present, it is the job of marketers and customer experience (CX) professionals to ensure that all customer engagements are timely and relevant across each touch point. The touch points that a company has with consumers must deliver specific messages at the customer level. [x+1] provides a complete platform that is able to deliver messages to customers through any addressable media channel, says the company in a release.
Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Services can be connected to and powered by [x+1]'s rich decisioning and business rules across various channels. [x+1]'s Predictive Optimisation Engine (POE) operates in real time. The POE responds to customer-specific experiences, to deliver messages that can optimise business goals - conversion, cross-sell, up-sell, customer satisfaction, cost to service, or others.
According to David Skinner, [x+1]'s SVP corporate development, [x+1] has helped companies grow by providing real-time decisioning for marketing and advertising. "We are thrilled to be integrated with Oracle RightNow to extend [x+1] decisioning and data management to the leading platform for customer servicing channels like chat, Web and contact centres."
