Xpand IT has unveiled a strategic partnership with Actian, a big data management company and creator of the analytic database, Vectorwise.
According to Xpand IT, with distributed and analytic databases and NoSQL solutions, the relationship with Actian will allow the company's customers to drive new business value.
With experienced and certified professionals in technologies such as Vectorwise, Hadoop, Cloudera and Mongo DB, Xpand IT delivers big data and business intelligence projects and has been growing as a reference partner for many organisations around the world.

This year, Xpand IT has scheduled a series of initiatives such as new campaigns, conferences, and corporate and technical events to disseminate its expertise in the big data ecosystem.
With more than 10 000 customers worldwide, Actian is a leader in helping companies analyse big data in industries ranging from retail, e-commerce, healthcare and manufacturing, to finance and social media.
The new portfolio will be presented at IDC Big Data and Analytics, at Instituto Superior T'ecnico, Lisbon, on 20 June.
