ZTE welcomes ruling by Dusseldorf court in SmartPhone case

ZTE Corporation welcomes the ruling by Dusseldorf District court in favour of the company in the patent litigation initiated by SmartPhone Technologies, an affiliate of Acacia Research Corporation.

The Dusseldorf court ordered SmartPhone to bear the legal expenses of the case in full after rejecting all claims by SmartPhone. ZTE's operations in Germany are unaffected by the litigation.
